HTC Titan on AT&T for only $0.01, with new contract

While waiting for the release of the highly HTC Titan II in the general market, AT&T has offered the HTC Titan for a $0.01 with a new contract.
Are you surprised as I am? The surprise comes from the fact that HTC is an excellent smartphone, perhaps the best Windows phone into service for the quality of the processor (1.5 GHz) , excellent sound and quality with which they made videos and photos.
The question arises spontaneously: the guys at HTC have made this choice to show that Windows Phone will be set aside (to Apollo), or take advantage of the waiting period, the output of the new Titan II, which will be redesigned and improved version (16 megapixel camera and support for the LTE network) to push the Microsoft operating system on the market?
In both cases, this promises to be an excellent deal, a must for fans of HTC and Windows Phone!
