Nokia's working on Redesign of the Windows Phone UI?

Considering that Windows 8 will have an interface based on Metro, it is very difficult for Microsoft to radically change the UI of Windows Phone as soon as possible.
However, a senior graphic designers laboratory research and development of Nokia has recently sent to pocketnow some of his sketches and ideas on how Windows Phone, at the interface, could be revised.
This designer, who has also worked on the design of the new 808 PureView, was transferred to Accenture last September, in line with new business plans and external development of Symbian, but attests to the fact that maybe Nokia is pushing Microsoft to make more than a few changes to the system.
Looking at the drawings, however, we note a certain resemblance to Belle Symbian and Android.
