Viber is now available for Symbian smartphones

A few hours after the official announcement , the popular instant messaging client lands in Nokia Store. The application is currently available for Symbian S60 5th edition and Symbian ^3 devices and can be downloaded and installed via Nokia Suite (not yet directly from your smartphone). Viber requires a few simple steps to be configured after installation and integrates with your address book contacts identifying customers who already use the application.
Viber, app that can act as a viable alternative to WhatsApp, provides the ability to send text messages and photos with the data of the geographical location, does not require registration, password or invitation and support group conversations with up to 15 participants .
After installation, simply enter your phone number, wait for the SMS with a verification code, enter it and start using the application. As said earlier, the client Viber does not need to import your contacts, but it integrates with the address book on your smartphone.
