Linux kernel 3.3 released - Linux and Android live again

Linus Torvalds himself has announced the release of Linux kernel 3.3 , where we find several new features and a renewed convergence with Android , news indeed important and long awaited by all the community of developers.

The main new features present in the 3.3 kernel , there areimprovements and changes in the Btrfs file system that has been completely redesigned the system balancing operations , was also inserted a new tool dedicated to developers called Integrity Check , which can improve the quality of compiling with debugging .

From the point of view of "networking", was added a new interface called Network Control Priority , which, as the name suggests, allows the system administrator to manage independently the priority of network traffic to be allocated to the various processes running , customizing it to your liking.

LG Optimus 4X HD unveiled: Quad-core Tegra 3, Ice Cream Sandwich, 4.7-inch display

LG has finally lifted the veil on its smartphone flagship LG Optimus 4X, ready to battle the competition and try to win significant market share.Now we finally know the technical characteristics of this device that we will see even better during the Mobile World Congress in a few days.

LG confirms once again as one of the first manufacturers to show the more powerful hardware. Just as for Optimus Dual, Dual Core first to be marketed and Optimus 3D, the world's first 3D Android, here is the first official details of the company's Tegra 3:

Google introduces Bouncer, a tool able to detect malicious code into applications

It feels more and more about viruses, trojans and malware in general circulating via infected applications in the Android system. In recent months the problem has become increasingly serious and even Google has taken its required actions by removing the offending application developers and blocking it frequently is not enough.

So here come directly from the Mountain View further solution in the form of software tools that will provide better control against this growing threat. It's called Bouncer and is a tool that automatically scans the code of each application before being loaded in the market.

The tool performs all operations in a few seconds in order not to delay the market entry process in any application and if you remove the developer will not have to worry about as Google itself will examine the code and determine the validity of the application.
