Samsung Galaxy S III - 10 million units sold, word of JK Shin


JK Shin, head of the Samsung Mobile Comunication division during an interview with the Korean press has confirmed the achievement of over 10 million units sold for the current Samsung Galaxy S3 ,this goal has confirmed the Samsung leadership of the high end smartphone market. 
Although Shin has not disclosed numbers and precise details, the smartphone will become undoubtedly the best-selling Samsung smartphone ever.
To translate this into a more mathematical, Samsung is selling about 190.000 Galaxy S3 per day , reaching the current altitude in less than two months, compared with the five months that  took its younger brother Samsung Galaxy S2 to reach that goal. In closing JK Shin expects to ship another 10 million units throughout the second half of the year.

  1. Great job Samsung for making it to 10 million sales of the GSIII! I bought one a few days ago and I can’t get over how fast it is. A couple of my Dish coworkers suggested that I look at an LTE phone for my upgrade, so the GSIII was on top. Once I finished downloading the Dish Remote Access app on my phone, I was able to stream a few shows through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver. LTE makes quick work of it. Samsung has made a great phone, and I’m proud to say I have one of them.
