It appears that the rumoured Sony Xperia Tablet Z will be announced in Japan next week on 22 January.The news came out after the appearance of the tablet on one of the websites Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo and just according to the latter, the device will be officially announced in Japan on 22 January.
Most likely, the Japanese manufacturer will announce at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month, the other versions of Xperia Z Tablet , the sale of which will be allocated to other markets.
