Windows Phone update 8107 brings Automatic carrier time and 3G/Edge switch also


MimovilWindows.com reports besides the fixes Microsoft admitted to in their change log the 8107 update for Windows Phone 7 also brought a few more useful features.

The first change is in the setup menu of " mobile data "3G switch has been replaced by a dropdown that lets you choose between" E "(EDGE) and" 3G "(UMTS / HSDPA). This new table has been dubbed the "highest connection speed."

Another noticeable and welcome change is that the " date and time . " Now you can set the time automatically using the mobile network operator or our manually entering all the data at hand.
