The HTC saga with the sale of HTC X One and EVO 4G LTE in the U.S. is finally ower. The Taiwanese manufacturer announced that the customs authorities have finally given the go-to imports after making the necessary checks. The matter had been originated by the ITC's decision that had ordered the ban of HTC devices made in violation of Apple's patents. One X and HTC EVO 4G LTE, although with an updated software that does not infringe the patents, had been temporarily blocked by the customs authorities.
HTC has already acted on the matter by issuing the following statement:

The Taiwanese manufacturer, after two weeks certainly not easy, has thus failed to overcome a major limitation to the expansion of the installed base in the USA.
