Apple could receive up to $ 10 for every sold Android

If Apple abandon all lawsuits brought against any rival manufacturers of smartphones and Android tablet instead negotiate the rights for the licensing of patented technologies, could come to collect up to $ 10 in royalties for every Android device sold. A figure similar to that which Microsoft receives for the sale of some smartphones HTC, Acer, ViewSonic and Samsung.

The subject was discussed in a recent interview with Bloomberg held by Kevin Rivette, managing partner at 3LP Advisors LLC, a company that provides advice on intellectual property rights. According to Rivette's the aggressive approach taken by Apple right now could be bad for shareholders who in turn would be very happy to receive revenue from sales of the opponents.
